Eli Frolov
Notary Public & Estate Planning Specialist

Eli Frolov is a Notary Public commissioned by the Supreme Court of British Columbia and a Member of the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia, serving the Lower Mainland. He holds a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary. Eli is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a designation he brings to bear on the financial and legal complexity of estate planning.

Before establishing Edmonds Notary, Eli built a career in accounting and finance at large and mid-sized Canadian companies, developing deep expertise in legal documentation, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance — experience that informs the precision and thoroughness he brings to every notarial matter.

Eli's focus is estate planning and notarizations — wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, affidavits, certified true copies, and a wide range of notarial services. He understands that these appointments often happen during significant life moments: planning for the future, caring for an aging parent, or managing an unexpected health challenge. He approaches every appointment with patience, clarity, and genuine respect for each client's situation.

Edmonds Notary serves clients throughout Burnaby and the Lower Mainland, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. For estate planning and complex matters, Eli comes to you — home, workplace, hospital, or care facility. For simpler notarizations, a convenient local meeting spot works just as well.
